| For 18 years Bruce has been involved with the IUCU loan department. He enjoys "helping members obtain a mortgage loan that best suits their financial needs as well as being a good, safe investment for the Credit Union." Bruce feels IU Credit Union is ahead of the competition because "loan decisions can be made quickly, most often at the point of interview." He has an up-front lending philosophy: "We are completely candid as to what home buye rs can expect." Bruce likes being outdoors, especially to go boating with family and friends. |

| Steve Ulrey exemplifies how IU Credit Union loan officers put it all together for members. He has knowledge, experience and is highly service-oriented. For 12 years Steve has personally advised members on their borrowing needs. "There is no ideal loan for everyone," according to Steve. And that's why he helps people look at the big picture; including local servicing, competitive closing costs, interest rates and access to other IUCU financial services. Steve has three daughters who perform and compete in a wide- range of activities. To relax, he says there is nothing like a cruise with his wife...even if it's just occasionally on Lake Monroe. |

| Since 1993, Terral has been helping members obtain mortgages. She feels IUCU offers important assets for homebuyers. "Our rates are very competitive, we service our own loans, and members can look online for loan updates," she said. Terral is enthusiastic about living life to the fullest. She cycles, runs and plays racquetball, golf and tennis. Every month she takes in a fun- filled Chicago weekend with her daughter, Adria. |
