I received my Broker's license in 1994 and became a 100% agent.  This means I have more flexibility over my business, backed by the largest CENTURY 21® company in the world.  My specialty fields are first time home buyers (with I have a soft spot), foreclosures, and in the last 4 years, clients relocating into the Bloomington area due to job transfers.
